This time of year, Stress is at its peak. One thing I speak of in the office is to identify what the stressors are and deal with them better or remove them.
Chronic Stress tends to dampen your immune system that is one reason people have more of a tendency to get sick this time of year.
If your immune system is not working at its optimal level, you tend to get sick and be susceptible to other infections and disease.
Chiropractic care can help but also you need to identify the Chemical, Emotional and Physical Stress.
Eat Healthy and not too much food and take supplements.
Exercise and stretch daily.
Drink plenty of filtered water.
Sleep 6-8 hours daily at the same time of the day.
Have a positive attitude and know you can and will be healthy.
Get adjusted on a regular schedule, depending on how much stress you have will determine the amount of chiropractic care you will need to follow.
